Our full-service planning package covers everything from venue sourcing to supplier management, while our partial planning package is perfect for couples and clients who've made some progress but need help finalizing details. Our event management service ensures everything runs smoothly on your big day.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking our services 12-18 months in advance of your wedding or event date. This allows ample time for planning and preparation, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.

Can you help us to find and book a venue?

Absolutely! We have a comprehensive list of incredible venues and have established relationships with many venue managers. Whether you're searching in California or beyond, we can help you find the perfect location that fits your needs, style, guest count, and budget.

Can you help us design our event?

Definitely! Event design is one of our specialties. We'll work closely with you to create a design that perfectly encapsulates your vision and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

Can you assist us with our event timeline?

Absolutely. We'll help create a detailed timeline for your event, ensuring all activities flow smoothly and the event progresses as planned. We also coordinate with all vendors to ensure they are aware of the schedule.

Do you provide on-site management on the day of the event?

Yup! Our team will be on-site on the day of the event to oversee setup, manage vendors, handle any issues that may arise, and ensure everything goes as planned.

Do you offer "Day-of" Event Coordination?

We currently do not offer only "day-of" coordination. Our shortest wedding and event coordination service, known as "Event Management," begins 3-months prior to your event date to ensure our team has adequate time to prepare, plan, and finalize all details.

Do you offer event consultation services?

Yes, we do offer consultation services. Whether you are looking for tips on how to stay on track with planning your wedding or guidance on how to select your venue/vendors, our team can provide you with professional advice and insights to set you up for success leading up to your big day.

We sure do! Whether it's a company retreat, product launch, or annual gala, we design and produce events that are curated to our client's brand and goals.

Do you have experience planning multicultural or destination weddings?

Yes, we have experience planning and designing multicultural weddings. Diversity and inclusion are important to us - not only for our team, but for our clients.

Our focus is on quality rather than quantity. We limit the number of events we manage concurrently to ensure that each client receives the attention and dedication they deserve.

Yes, we are fully insured. This protects you, us, and the venue in case of unforeseen circumstances.
